This means the company can NOT just violate the Constitution on the grounds of “We are a private corporation not subject to public law.” If a corporation is tied to government contracts in ANY way then; its statement about being a private corporation is a misrepresentation of its legal status and standing which is illegal AND if it violates our inherent rights to not be censored, not have our breathing impaired and not have our freedom of facial expression impaired then, per the FAR; that is a FELONY when that corporation “requires” employees and customers to be subject to things such as censorship, impaired breathing and impaired facial expression. (Just to name a few of the potential crimes being committed in that context of a company that receives federal money.)
