Things to consider when reviewing a service company-
-Did the technician arrive as scheduled or contact the client in case of an unforeseen delay?
-Did the company provide personal services including answering all your questions and explain what is being performed?
-Did the service technician appear in a professional manner with a proper uniform and professional tools and equipment ready for the job?
-Did the technician work efficiently to complete the job as soon as possible?
-Did the company have the needed parts in stock or able to deliver non-stock parts (ordered from the factory) in a reasonable amount of time?
-Did the technician leave a mess that he could have reasonably cleaned up after work performed?
-Did the company provide all necessary paperwork and instructions as job was completed?
-Did the technician provide a specific cost quote and obtain authorization from the client before performing any work?
-Did the technician notify the client if any changes are needed (upon discovery of new issue) and obtain new authorization before performing any additional work?
-Does the company settle all concerns or controversies when you properly notify the company of your concern or controversy?
If there actually is a concern, controversy or complaint then; I am here to serve you but; you must actually communicate with me so I may settle the issue and solve your problem. 🙂
My contract does include a low price assurance and customer satisfaction guaranty therefore clients are encouraged to take advantage of my Contract Obligation to solve their problem and settle controversies to the best of my ability.
Of course; I can never satisfy 100% of people 100% of the time so I do expect the occasional negative review to appear.

Rod fixed our washer with a bad drive unit. He diagnose the problem within a couple minutes. He tells you his service and parts charge up front. He had the part within a couple days and fixed the washer running better then new in less then two hours. Highly recommend.
Rod recently fixed the washing machine which leaked. Over the years Rod has fixed our dryer, dishwasher, installed a new disposal and fixed a freezer leak. He is very competent and always professional. He has even given us advice over the phone about something so we could fix it ourselves and he didn’t even have to come over to check it out.

Rod has been out several times to fix appliances. I’ve been very pleased with his work which stays fixed when he’s done. I have not had to call him back on an appliance he has already fixed. Highly recommended
Had him over to repair a 30+ year old refrigerator. As usual, on time, had the right part and installed within 30 minutes. We have used him for all of our appliances, washer, dryer and refrigerator since 1991. Oh, if you are asking the refrigerator is up and running.
Just had Rod out to fix my dryer. Heating element had a meltdown! Scared me so bad (flash of light, burning smell) I unplugged it until Rod could get here! Once again he told me over the phone what was the most likely problem and cost to fix. I have used Rod for all my appliances for at least 20 years (maybe longer) and he always fixes the issue. He knows his appliances! His prices are very reasonable and I appreciate the $20.00 off if I pay cash. I have recommended him to many other people who have all been happy with his services.

He has always fixed them and more then once asked me if I really wanted to fix them because they were so old. He would give me a price and let me decide…I appreciate his knowledge of appliances and his advice. His services are very reasonable.
