Supervisor Vincent Contact ID Refused Says "we are not allowed to provide contact ID" I requested email. Vincent was trying to diagnost the problem and was starting to get down into it but after being on the phone for another hour, his line went dead in the middle of his sentence. . . His audio was horrible.
